About
John Michael is currently a PostDoc at Gnosis Research Center, Aarhus University, in Denmark. He defended his PhD dissertation in philosophy in 2010 at the University of Vienna, after having completed a Magister in philosophy, rhetoric, and cultural anthropology in Tübingen in 2006, and a BA in philosophy at Wesleyan University (CT, USA) in 2000. His main research interests are in philosophy of mind and cognitive science. In particular, he has published articles on the theory of mind debate, joint action, mirror neurons, imitation, intentionality, and the embodiment and reference of mental concepts.
